Cod with Mashed Potatoes in the Oven

Hello, today I bring a recipe on the blog of our faithful friend, cod. The family S. loves cod for dinner , I used sweet potatoes with normal potatoes because my preferences hehe
I hope you like and enjoy this simple delicious dish.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of desalted cod
6 cloves garlic, crushed
olive oil ( i used coconut oil)
4 onions sliced
1kg potatoes (I used 500 sweet potato)
1 cup milk (soya milk or almond milk)
2 spoons of butter (i used coconut oil)
nutmeg
salt

In a skillet, bring to low heat, oil, and 3 cloves of garlic.
Fry a little and pour a slab of cod fry on both sides (in seconds).
Repeat the process with the other slices of cod and the remaining 3 garlic.
In a saucepan cook the potatoes in boiling water seasoned with salt.
After cooking, remove the water and mash the potatoes into a puree over low heat pour the milk, butter and nutmeg.
Stir well and let it warm up a little.
A baking tray, greased with olive oil, place the cod, mash and onion.
Drizzle a little olive oil with.
Bake at 180 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.

Hello, today I bring a Christmas recipe on the blog … for home and beginning to think it in September and December after months and months of anxiety for me.
How to change Christmas Deserts or treats ? With new recipes for this Christmas, I found this and made me remember my childhood as my mother did for us when we were children, but over the years she lost the recipe and never made them again.
I found and I did and try , they are same.
I hope you enjoy !!!

Ingredients:
750g Carrot
400g flour
200g Sugar
4 eggs
1 orange
1 teaspoon baking soup
salt, sugar and cinnamon q.s
frying oil

Peel and cook the carrots in water seasoned with a pinch of salt and orange peel. After drain cooked, remove the orange peel and reduce the mash.
Mix the sugar with 200g carrot puree, add the sifted flour and baking powder, mix well.
Then add the egg yolks and orange juice. Beat the egg whites until firm castle and join the preparation.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry spoonfuls of the preparation, turning until evenly browned. Remove with the help of a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Rinse with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Its christmas

Hello, today I received these delicious chocolates from As Leis de Lima and made my Christmas.
Because I no longer ate these precious pearls at 14years, because whenever I go on vacation, as in the summer and never encounter this for sale and loved. There are good people on this journey and  D.Paula want to send me, it could not be living so many years without eating these relics. I kept going and I delight on Christmas night, thanks again and unintentionally from nothing made Cristmas as not expected, are these little things that fill my heart. Thank from my Heart once again and wish Merry Christmas to you and her family, which in 2016 is full of love and happiness and great health.

Superhealthy Singapore noodles

The theme this month was MY SPICE I chose madras curry paste, I buy in eastern india shop here next to me and I love that my favorite below and also curry thai green curry but
this recipe is and super easy, healthy and delicious, prepared Chilli Beer which is pretty spicy, I do not toke the chilli seeds, but advise you to take those who do not like spicy, as the curry paste also quite spicy.

Ingredients :

3 noodles nests of brown rice
2 tablespoons coconut oil soup
100g tender broccoli, cut stems at an angle
1 red pepper, seeded, quartered, then cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
piece of fresh ginger on finger, peeled and finely chopped
2 skinless chicken breasts, cut
1 tablespoon heaped soup madras curry
Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
4 spring onions, shredded
sesame seeds
mustard seeds
lemon wedges, to squeeze

Pour boiling water over the noodles and let soften. Meanwhile, heat half of the coconut oil in a large nonstick wok and fry all the vegetables and onions with garlic, pepper and ginger until softened. If the broccoli will not soften, add a little water to the wok and lid to create some steam.
Veg tip in a dish, add the rest of the coconut oil to the wok, then briefly fry the chicken until cooked. Set aside with the vegetables and add the curry paste to the pan. Stir for a few seconds, then add 150 mL of water and soy sauce. Allow to bubble, then add the drained, loose pasta and toss well to coat.
Return the vegetables and the chicken to the wok and chives. Mix well over the fire and squeeze the files on top of everything. Pour sesame seeds to taste and mustard seeds.
