Healthy Banana Bread (Gluten free, sugar free)


Hi folks, today i bring to blog healthy banana bread recipe, only problem so delicious one loaf is never enough lol, that’s true practical , simple, healthy and you can do it with your kids and use it as tea afternoon, lunch box, as snack, as breakfast what ever you want and best thing you can add any flavor you want like peanut butter, dark chocolate, white chocolate blueberry’s, any nuts at all is up to everyone taste.


3 mashed ripe banana (medium size)
1 Tsp baking soda 5g
1 Tsp vanilla extract 5ml
1 tsp cinnamon 2.5gr
90 gr oats
3 eggs
10 ml honey
(add chocolate chips if ya want)
2.5 gr sesame seeds
2.5 gr pumpkin seeds
5 gr goji berries
20gr almonds flakes
1 square dark (75%) chocolate broken small bits on top

To grease tin use coconut oil.

In a bowl add in your eggs, banana,vanilla extract, honey and beat until smooth and creamy.( with fork no need machine)Slowly add dry ingredients  add in your flours,sesame seeds (leave some for top),pumpkin seeds,goji berries,almonds flakes (leave some for top). Pour your mixture into your prepared loaf tin and tap the bottom of your tin on the counter to even out the mixture. Add sesame seeds, almonds flakes left and i add 1square dark 75% chocolate broke in bits.Bake for 45 minutes.If you’re finding your top is cooking faster than the inside, cover your loaf with foil to stop the top from browning too much.

Leave to cool before slicing.

Lemon Drizzle


Hello again, I am here on the blog to participate in the group’s challenge Cantinho das Cozinheiras and raffled blog was the Marylène Barros and recipe I choose this lemon cake. I have several things to say of this recipe lacked the recipe sauce / up coverage and did not speak in the size of the shape of tin , this is quite large given for two and oven time and 30 minutes and was brown golden as it is for home and acceptable but if it were to present or serve i could not do it =) Well here is, not made any alteration!

6 eggs
250g sugar
250g flour
250g butter
1 teaspoon baking soup
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 lemon

In a bowl, beat butter with sugar followed by 3 whole eggs and 3 egg yolks. Add the flour with the baking powder and continue beating. Add the rapas and lemon juice. Finally beat the egg whites and incorporate the prepared.
Bake about 30 minutes on low heat.

Notes: as she said temperature to 180 C but are 25 minutes and tins beware i used 2 loaf tins 8inch each.


Lemon and Poppy Seed Loaf Cake


Hello , today i bring to the blog new recipe . On past weekend i got new recipe book , and off course i dont wit any longer to start new recipes , different tastes , family really like again its simple and word it every slice . Thank you for visit this blog and to receive from second one any recipe or update , please thumbs up page on facebook and hope you like  it .

Ingredients :

150g self-raising flour

150g (super fine ) sugar

150g butter sofened

3 eggs

1tsp baking powder

1tsp lemon zest

2tsp lemon juice

2tsp poppy seeds

Preheat the oven the oven to 180 C or ( 160 C fan / 355f / gas 4 ) and grease and line a small loaf tin.

Put all of the cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk them together with electric wisk for 4 minutes or until pale and well whipped.

Scrape the mixture into the tin and level the top with spatula.

Bake for 35-40 minutes . The cake is ready when a toothpick inserted in center comes all clean . ( mine cooked 25 minutes and got that brrown because we like it like that ).

Transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before garnishing with candied lemon peel.
