Roasted Pork with white wine

Hello , this sunday i bring new recipe to blog , roasted sunday i choose pork this time and portuguese touch with good white wine. I like to use white wine in any roasted even in fish, the white wine always give delicious flavour on food .

Ingredients :

2 pork tenderloin
2 bay leaves
100ml of broth
300ml of white wine
2 or 3 c. olive oil
2 or 3 c. tomato paste soup
Salt and pepper

Pour the potatoes and the meat in a baking tray, season with the remaining ingredients and bake at 200 ° C until golden brown and bake.
In my oven takes about 60minutes.
Remove and serve with a salad or white rice.

I Marined the prok with wine, paprika, lemon, salt, pepper and bay leaves from the day before. With any meat i do this process but when is lamb, i wash whole piece of lamb with lemon and  leave 2 days to marinate.

Octopus Rice

Hello , today i bring this simple recipe , simple, delicious and always a repeat.

Ingredients:

1200g octopus
1 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 bay leaves
1dl oil
400g of rice
1 bunch coriander
2 peeled tomatoes
1 glass of white wine
qs salt
qs pepper

Preparation:

A light octopus pot to bake without water and low heat between 50 minutes to 1 hour.
The octopus will bake on the water itself that will drop.
Once cooked cut into pieces.

In a pan make the sauté with olive oil, onion, garlic and bay leaves.
Let it cook a bit and add the tomatoes cut into small cubes.
Sauté everything.

Add the rice and fry a little.
Add the wine, the water boiling the octopus and approximately 0.5L of water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake 15 minutes.

Add the octopus.
Bring to a boil and add the chopped coriander.
Tape, clear the heat and let it be just two minutes before serving.

Chicken in the pot with spices sauce and cashew nuts

The recipe that today I bring to the blog, was a recipe I found on the blog Luisa Alexandra and adpt to my family, that is what we like =) added cashew to give an oriental chicken and a thyme.

Ingredients:

1 chicken (dismantled)
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
White wine
Sweet chili
Saffron of the Indies
oregano
Salt flower
Fresh Thyme
200 gr Cashew nuts

In a pan put the onion and minced garlic.
Add the oil and fried until browned.
Joins the meat into pieces.
Season with paprika, saffron, oregano and also with flower sale of some thyme (reserve some for garnish).
Refresh yourself with a little white wine, slap yourself and allow to cook for about 30 minutes until the meat is very tender and the sauce calculated.
I served with basmati rice with saffron.

Spooky Rice

This recipe is scary to bring to your table rice full of dark creatures of the grand atlantic ocean.
If it is delicious, yes, but scary hehe
I wish everyone a Happy Halloween full of candy , trick or treat … Great Spooky weekend.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 chav tea rice
12 shelled king prawns
100 gr crumb shrimp
150 gr squid into rings
10 sticks delights of the sea
1/2 red pepper into strips
1/2 green pepper into strips
100 gr broccoli
1 onion chopped rock
2 cloves minced garlic
Chopped parsley
1 bay leaf
100ml white wine
salt and pepper
olive oil
Water

Make a stew with onion, garlic and olive oil over low heat.
Some 2-3 minutes then add the peppers and bay leaf.
Stir and let it cook.
Add peas and squid, white wine, stir and add some water.
Cook about 10 min.
Add rice and hot water (in a proportion of about 1 to 3 rice water) if necessary add more hot water during cooking.
About 5 minutes then add the crumb shrimp, prawns, sea delicacies.
Wrap the parsley and cook about 5 minutes more.
Turn off the heat and serve hot.

Accompanied with garlic bread =)
