Leg of Lamb Roast


Hello, i know is bit late but i bring my Easter Dinner Recipe . As a tradiction portuguese we eat Lamb for Easter and is many recipes for this type of meat . Lamb is very health meat,rich in high-quality protein and many vitamins and minerals, lamb can be an excellent component of a healthy diet. Lamb is mainly composed of protein, but also contains varying amounts of fat. So i did this recipe over and over and is delicious, i hope you like it!!! So I made this recipe is delicious, I hope you enjoy !!! Source of this recipe and Saborintenso already use a long time.

1 leg of lamb with about 1800g
1500g potatoes to bake
2 tablespoons lard
2 tablespoons chili soup noodles
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
125 ml olive oil
2 bay leaves
500 ml of white wine
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp chili
1tsp paprika


In a bowl, add the red pepper, lard, half the garlic, pepper and salt. Little, because the ground pepper is already salty.
Mix it with a fork.

Place the leg of lamb in a baking tray.
Barre entire leg with the dough mixture of chili.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, season the potatoes with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add the remaining garlic, onion and olive oil.
Stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Spent 30 minutes, put on the board, bay leaves and potatoes around the meat.
Add the white wine with marinated potatoes, stir and pour the potatoes and meat.

Bake at 160 ° for 1 hour and a half.
Half the time, turn the lamb leg and if necessary, add a little water to the sauce does not dry out.
After the roast is ready to serve.

Roasted Pork with white wine


Hello , this sunday i bring new recipe to blog , roasted sunday i choose pork this time and portuguese touch with good white wine. I like to use white wine in any roasted even in fish, the white wine always give delicious flavour on food .

Ingredients :

2 pork tenderloin
2 bay leaves
100ml of broth
300ml of white wine
2 or 3 c. olive oil
2 or 3 c. tomato paste soup
Salt and pepper

Pour the potatoes and the meat in a baking tray, season with the remaining ingredients and bake at 200 ° C until golden brown and bake.
In my oven takes about 60minutes.
Remove and serve with a salad or white rice.

I Marined the prok with wine, paprika, lemon, salt, pepper and bay leaves from the day before. With any meat i do this process but when is lamb, i wash whole piece of lamb with lemon and  leave 2 days to marinate.

Roast saddle of veal


Hello all , wishing to all Hpy New Year full health , love and peace.Today i bring to vlog a classic in every portuguese home , we have too roasted Sunday. Normally every sunday is special dinner , family dinner before the week start .Its not normal find Veal in Uk cuz some places is illegal to get it but in Portugal you can find any shop or butcher. I hope you like it!!!!

1.5 kg Veal Loin
2-3 tablespoon olive oil
4 finely chopped cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary soup
Freshly ground black pepper hour
1 onion

Quench with some advance meat with salt and pepper, rosemary and garlic, as well as some oil.
Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC.
A container which can go in the oven or in a frying pan(must be iron one), put the remaining oil and bring the meat to high heat until tawny from all sides( seal meat ). This should take approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
In a baking dish, make a bed with the sliced onions, and place the meat on top. Water the meat with fat.
Let cook for about 1:30, this time will depend on the size of the piece of meat. Take care to do well basting the meat.
When ready, transfer the tenderloin to a board, cover with aluminum foil and let stand for 10 minutes.
Serve cut into slices and accompanied by a roasted potatoes and some veggies.
